Refund and Returns Policy

At Town Center Book Market, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when purchasing used textbooks from us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your textbook, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received (used textbooks are accepted as long as they match the shipped condition).
  • Items must be returned with no new damage, markings, or missing pages beyond the original described wear.
  • You must contact us before returning the item to receive instructions and authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, wrong edition, or item not as described), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered the wrong book), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within three (3) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for the same title in a different condition (if available), or for a different textbook entirely, please contact us first. Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy and conditions as returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We will promptly resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
