1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are shipped Monday through Sunday.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 0 to 4 business days. We process and ship orders quickly—usually the same day or next business day if placed before 4:00 PM Mountain Time (Denver time), Monday through Friday.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in the same condition received. To initiate a return, contact us first for instructions.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged book, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

7. Do you accept international orders?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

9. What condition are the textbooks in?

We sell gently used textbooks. All books are inspected for usability and may include minimal markings or signs of wear, but we do not sell books with missing pages or heavy damage.
